1. Scope of personal data processing
As a general rule, we process our users’ personal data only to the extent necessary for providing a functional website and our content and services. In case of processing being necessary in order to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person, Art. 6 (1), lit. d of the GDPR serves as a legal basis. If processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by our company or by a third party, and if the data subject’s interests and fundamental rights and freedoms do not override the aforementioned interests, Art. 6 (1), lit. f of the GDPR serves as a legal basis for the processing.
3. Data deletion and storage duration
The data subject’s personal data is deleted or made unavailable as soon as the purpose for the storage is no longer given. Storage is also possible if it is provided for by European or national legislators in harmonised regulations, laws or other provisions which the controller is subject to. Data is also made unavailable or deleted if a storage term expires which is prescribed by the aforementioned norms, unless there is a necessity to continue to store the data for concluding or fulfilling a contract.
